Grading key players on the Toronto Raptors for the 2020 NBA Playoffs

All good things have to come to an end.

Following their nail-biting loss to the Boston Celtics in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals, our NBA.com Staff is handing out grades for each key player on the Toronto Raptors based on how they played in the 2020 NBA Playoffs.

Those key players: Kyle Lowry, Pascal Siakam, Fred VanVleet, OG Anunoby, Serge Ibaka, Marc Gasol and Norman Powell.

Which one of them surpassed expectations and who came up short?

Below, you'll find each player's grade, along with a key stat and their full report card.

Kyle Lowry

Grade: A

Key stat: With Lowry on the court, the Raptors have outscored opponents by 2.2 points per 100 possessions in the last seven postseasons. With him on the bench, the Raptors have been outscored by 11.8 points per 100 possessions.

Pascal Siakam

Grade: C

Key stat: Siakam's true shooting percentage - a statistic that takes into account field goal percentage, 3-point percentage and free throw percentage - fell from 55.4 percent in the regular season to 46.2 percent in the playoffs.

Grade: A

Key stat: VanVleet led the Raptors in points (19.6) and assists (6.9) per game in the playoffs.

Grade: B+

Key stat: Ibaka shot 57.3 percent from the field, 51.1 percent from the perimeter and a perfect 14-for-14 from the free throw line in the playoffs.

Key stat: The Raptors were outscored by 2.6 points per 100 possessions with Gasol on the court in the playoffs, the worst net rating among Toronto's rotational players.
