All-Star Moment of the Night: Vintage Chris Paul takes over late as OKC Thunder edge Brooklyn Nets in overtime

The Brooklyn Nets looked on track to end their six-game losing streak, but Chris Paul had other ideas.

The Oklahoma City Thunder point guard turned in a vintage performance down the stretch to lead his team to a 111-103 overtime win over the Nets, their sixth win from their past seven games.

Paul scored 20 of his game-high 28 points in the fourth quarter and OT, coming up with clutch bucket after clutch bucket.

Caris LeVert gave the Nets a 96-89 lead with 3:44 remaining in the fourth before Paul scored 10 points in a 12-5 run to send the game into OT.

With 47.4 seconds remaining in regulation, Paul tied the game with a trademark pull-up jumper before starring in the extra period as OKC outscored the Nets 10-2.

Paul scored four of OKC's 10 points in OT, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scoring the other six. SGA finished with 22 points in the win, while Steven Adams recorded his third-straight double-double with 10 points and 18 rebounds.

With the win, OKC improves to 11-13 in games where they trailed entering the fourth quarter, well clear of the next best teams with six.

"We're just trying to build man," Paul said post-game on NBATV.

"We got a good group of guys and to see us continue to grow...we had a few guys out, Gallo [Danillo Gallinari], Nerlens [Noel] and we're not where we want to be, but we'll take it."

The Thunder wrap their road trip going 3-1 and will now return home to host Russell Westbrook and the Houston Rockets in his first game back in town since being traded in the off-season.

Taurean Prince led the Nets with 21 points, while LeVert added 20 in his second game back from right thumb surgery, but it wasn't enough as they dropped their seventh game in a row.
