Vince Carter will be back for a 21st season. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the 41-year-old has reached a one-year deal to join the Atlanta Hawks.

Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports reports the deal is for one year and $2.4 million, the veteran minimum. Wojnarowski tweeted that the Hawks were looking for a veteran presence for their young locker room.
Carter, who won the 1999 NBA Rookie of the Year award with the Raptors, will be joining his eighth different NBA team. In six and a half seasons spent in Toronto, Carter averaged 23.4 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game.
Last season, the eight-time All-Star averaged 5.4 points while playing 17.7 minutes in 58 games with the Sacramento Kings.
