The Toronto Raptors and Philadelphia 76ers met for the third time this season and for the second time, the Raptors reigned victorious, earning a 12-point win over their divisional foe.

Fred VanVleet led the way with 22 points while Pascal Siakam registered a double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds.

9:31 p.m. - It looks like the Raptors will get their fifth straight win.

They lead 103-92 with under a minute remaining in the game.

9:27 p.m. - Fred VanVleet with yet another big 3!

The Raptors marksman sinks his fourth triple of the second half to put the Raptors up 10 with 2:02 remaining.

VanVleet's up to 19 on the night and Toronto leads 100-90.

9:25 p.m. - Nick Nurse challenges a call and it is overturned.

A blocking foul is called on Furkan Korkmaz, sending Pascal Siakam to the line for two.

Siakam splits the pair and the Raptors lead 97-90 as we approach the two-minute mark of the fourth.

9:12 p.m. - Ibaka, again. Boom, again.

Serge Ibaka converts a dunk through traffic in the open floor to put the Raptors up six.

Toronto leads 88-82 with 6:35 remaining in regulation. Timeout Philly.

9:02 p.m. - Boom.

A triple from Serge Ibaka makes it a 15-1 extended run for the Raptors, who now lead 81-73 early on in the fourth.

Brett Brown calls for a timeout with 10:25 remaining in regulation.

End of Third Quarter: Toronto Raptors 76, Philadelphia 76ers 72

8:53 p.m. - The Raptors close the third on a 10-0 run highlighted by a pair of Fred VanVleet triples to take a four-point lead into the final frame.

It's Toronto's biggest lead of the night.

VanVleet is a perfect 3-for-3 from beyond the arc and has scored 13 points on the night. Marc Gasol leads the way with 17 points while Kyle Lowry (16), Pascal Siakam (13) and Serge Ibaka (10) are also all in double-figures.

Tobias Harris leads all scorers with 20 points and Ben Simmons inches closer to a triple-double with 15 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Furkan Korkmaz has added 11 points on the night as well.

8:48 p.m. - During the break, Pascal Siakam was T'd up.

Tobias Harris sank the technical to put the 76ers back up by six.

8:47 p.m. - The Raptors aren't going to go away.

Serge Ibaka finishes around the rim to bring the deficit back to five and Brett Brown calls for a timeout.

It's 68-63 with 3:14 left in the quarter.

8:42 p.m. - So far, it's been Philly's quarter.

The Sixers have outscored the Raptors 16-8 and lead 66-58 with 4:50 remaining in the third.

Tobias Harris leads all scorers with 19 points while Marc Gasol's 17 points lead the Raptors.

Ben Simmons is approaching triple-double territory as he has 13 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.

8:32 p.m. - The Sixers open the half on a tear - they've gone on a 10-2 run over the last three minutes and now lead by seven.

Timeout Raptors; they trail 60-53 with 8:43 left in the third.

8:20 p.m. - Halftime stats:

8:10 p.m. - Toronto puts forth a dominant defensive performance in the second quarter to limit the Sixers to 15 points (on 4-for-19 shooting)

They enter the break tied at 50 points.

Marc Gasol leads all scorers with 12 points on perfect 5-for-5 shooting. Kyle Lowry (11 points) and Pascal Siakam (11 points) join the big man in double figures.

The Sixers are led by 11 points from Tobias Harris while Ben Simmons has registered 10 points, eight rebounds and six assists in 19 minutes.

8:08 p.m. - After trailing by as many as 14 points, the Raptors take their first lead of the night courtesy of Kyle Lowry.

It's 50-49 with under a minute left in the first half.

8:01 p.m. - A beautiful pass from Marc Gasol to a cutting Pascal Siakam leads to a dunk that cuts the Raptors' deficit to five.

It's 46-41 with 4:30 remaining in the half.

7:59 p.m. - This makes TWO big-time dunks from Norman Powell tonight.

7:57 p.m. - Patrick McCaw is done for the night as his injury has been ruled as a facial contusion.

7:55 p.m. - Early foul trouble - Serge Ibaka picks up his third foul just five minutes into the second.

Philly leads 42-35 with seven minutes remaining in the half.

7:47 p.m. - Less than a minute into the second quarter, raptors guard Patrick McCaw goes down with an injury to the face.

Timeout on the floor as Toronto's medical staff comes to his aid.

7:41 p.m. - One quarter is in the books and the red-hot 76ers lead by nine.

Philadelphia is shooting 14-for-25 (56.0%) from the field and 7-for-14 (50.0%) from deep.

Ben Simmons has four points, six assists and four rebounds early on while Furkan Korkmaz leads the Sixers with eight points in six minutes.

For the Raptors, Marc Gasol, Kyle Lowry and Pascal Siakam have each scored seven points.

7:39 p.m. - Boom.

7:30 p.m. - Josh Richardson is out for the remainder of the game with a strained left hamstring.

7:29 p.m. - Furkan Korkmaz has already hit two triples and the Sixers are out to a nine-point lead.

Nick Nurse signals for a timeout as the Raptors trail 24-15 with 4:33 left in the quarter.

Al Horford, Pascal Siakam and Marc Gasol have each scored seven points in the first seven and a half minutes.

7:22 p.m. - Sixers guard Josh Richardson comes up limping and we have a timeout on the floor.

Philadelphia leads Toronto 9-8 with 8:08 remaining in the first.
