Toronto Raptors unveil Nike City Edition uniforms for 75th anniversary season

The Toronto Raptors have unveiled their Nike City Edition jerseys for the 2021-22 season.

Each 2021-22 Nike NBA City Edition team uniform represents the ultimate basketball moments mixtape - a compilation of the franchise's greatest hits through the years in every design. Beyond some of the more obvious design elements, the uniforms include many subtle touches ( or "easter eggs") that highlight pivotal moments from each team's history.

This year's Raptors City Edition jerseys pay an ode to the franchise's first-ever uniforms with the classic giant Raptor on the front, along with the original font and jagged pinstripes. However, the uniform is remixed with the black and gold "OVO" colourway that has become a staple in Toronto's alternate jerseys since 2015, a tribute to the team's Global Ambassador, Drake.

The other "easter eggs" include the new "chevron" on the giant Raptor's uniform and an even split of the past and present on the shorts, with one leg having the 1995 franchise debut design and the other having today's current Raptors logo.

Below you can find pictures of the City Edition uniform, along with the Raptors game schedule for this year's "Welcome Toronto" nights where the team will wear the new jerseys.
