Final: Pelicans 126, Raptors 110

9:50 p.m. - And that will do it. The Pelicans defeat the Raptors 126-110 behind 30 points from E'Twaun Moore, 29 points from Jrue Holiday and a 20-20 night from Anthony Davis. Pascal Siakam led the Raptors with 22 points and Kawhi Leonard added 20 points.


9:40 p.m. - The Pelicans have extended their lead to 17 points at 116-101 with 4:38 left to play. E'Twaun Moore did not cool off in the second half and is up to 28 points shooting 12-for-16 from the field on the night.


9:36 p.m. - Pascal Siakam is up to 20 points for his third straight game. That included this nice up-and-under to get Anthony Davis off of his feet. Raptors trail 110-99 with six minutes left in the game.


9:27 p.m. - And the Pelicans respond with a 6-0 run of their own to get the lead back up to 12 with nine and a half minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.

9:22 p.m. - A quick 7-2 run has the Raptors within six points, 96-90, to start the fourth quarter! Delon Wright made a layup followed by a pair of free throws from OG Anunoby. Fred VanVleet then buried a three to force the Pelicans to take a timeout.


End of third quarter: Pelicans 94, Raptors 83

9:17 p.m. - The Raptors trail 94-83 going into the fourth quarter. They are 11-for-39 from beyond the arc and have allowed 56 points in the paint. Jrue Holiday, E'Twaun Moore, Julius Randle and Anthony Davis all have north of 15 points to give the Pelicans their 11-point lead. Pascal Siakam and Kawhi Leonard have 18 points each for Toronto.


9:11 p.m. - A steal and score in transition from Fred VanVleet has the Raptors down 11, 88-77 with three minutes left in the third. Serge Ibaka is up to 14 rebounds, giving him a double-double with 17 points. Kyle Lowry has two points and is 0-for-7 from the field. Jrue Holiday now has a game-high 20 points for the Pelicans and Anthony Davis is working with 17 points, 15 rebounds, five assists and two blocks.

9:00 p.m. - It's been more of the same to start the second half. Anthony Davis, Julius Randle and Jrue Holiday are all getting it done for the Pelicans to give them a 79-70 lead with 7:18 left in the quarter. Danny Green is finally on the board after knocking down a three early in the second half for the Raptors. Kawhi Leonard is up to 18 points for Toronto.

Halftime: Pelicans 66, Raptors 61

8:37 p.m. - Despite shooting a lousy 39.6 percent from the field, the Raptors only trail the Pelicans 66-61 at the half. Serge Ibaka has a team-high 17 points and nine rebounds and Kawhi Leonard has added 15 points. E'Twaun Moore had the hot hand in the first half with 17 points shooting 7-for-11 from the field. Anthony Davis has 10 points and eight rebounds.

8:28 p.m. - Kawhi Leonard attacks the rim but Anthony Davis was having none of it. Raptors trail 57-52 with under three minutes to go in the half.


8:25 p.m. - CJ Miles has left the game with a right adductor strain and will not return.

8:20 p.m. - The Raptors are struggling from the field, shooting 35.7 percent (15-42 FG). The Pelicans remain in the lead 44-39 with 6:38 remaining in the half. 

End of first quarter: Pelicans 31, Raptors 29

8:05 p.m. - After one quarter, the Raptors trail the Pelicans 31-29. New Orleans is shooting 58.3 percent from the field with 18 points in the paint. The Raptors are shooting 2-for-12 from three (16.7 percent).


7:59 p.m. - E'Twaun Moore is hot early for the Pelicans, giving them a 25-22 lead with 2:37 left in the first. Kawhi Leonard (8 points), Pascal Siakam (8 points) and Serge Ibaka (6 points) have done all the scoring for the Raptors thus far.

7:48 p.m. - Your Eastern Conference Player of the Week is picking up right where he left off with this and-one on the break! He's also had the early responsibility of guarding Anthony Davis in this one. The Raptors trail 15-13 five minutes into the first quarter.


Pregame

6:30 p.m. - The Pelicans will be without Nikola Mirotic and Elfrid Payton tonight as they both recover from ankle sprains. They will start Jrue Holiday, E'Twaun Moore, Wesley Johnson, Julius Randle and Anthony Davis tonight.

6:15 p.m. - Everyone will be available for the Raptors tonight aside from Norman Powell. They will start Kyle Lowry, Danny Green, Kawhi Leonard, Pascal Siakam and Serge Ibaka.
