Toronto Raptors guard Matt Thomas expected to miss four weeks with fractured finger

The Toronto Raptors have suffered another injury.

Matt Thomas missed Monday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers with a fractured finger on his left hand. According to TSN's Josh Lewenberg, Thomas suffered the injury in Toronto's win over the Atlanta Hawks over the weekend.

It was unknown how much time he was going to miss, but Raptors head coach Nick Nurse has since announced that Thomas could miss four weeks.

The Raptors are dealing with a number of other injuries right now. In addition to Thomas, Patrick McCaw, Kyle Lowry, Serge Ibaka, Stanley Johnson and Dewan Hernandez each missed Toronto's game against the 76ers. That left the Raptors with 10 available players.

In his first season with the Raptors, Thomas is averaging 4.8 points in 11.3 minutes per game. He's been the team's most accurate 3-point shooter (53.8 percent).
