Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry to appear in new Adam Sandler movie 'Hustle'

Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry has been a star on the basketball court for years now.

Now, it's time for him to take his star talent off the floor.

In an interview with television host Jimmy Kimmel, Adam Sandler announced that Lowry is going to make an appearance in his upcoming basketball movie "Hustle."

Working alongside LeBron James' production company, SpringHill, Sandler stated there will be "loads of NBA guys in (the movie)." The only further knowledge of Lowry's role is that he will be doing a "quick little thing" in his hometown of Philadelphia.

The plotline of the movie involves Sandler's character as a scout who finds a player in Spain and then brings him back to the U.S.

If Lowry is half as good on camera as he is on the court, Sandler and his movie will be in good hands.
