In the 2020 NBA Draft, for the first time since 2016, the Raptors owned both of their draft picks which resulted in a pair of guards, Malachi Flynn (No. 29 overall) and Jalen Harris (No. 59 overall).

They have their own first-round pick in 2021 and have acquired two second-round picks through the trades that sent Matt Thomas to the Utah Jazz and Terence Davis to the Sacramento Kings.
