Kyle Lowry and Kawhi Leonard combine for 41 points to defeat the Mavericks

The Toronto Raptors advanced to 6-0 for the first time in franchise history after defeating the Dallas Mavericks 116-107 on Friday.

Kawhi Leonard and Kyle Lowry continued to compete at the high level they have been all season and five other Raptors finished in double-figures in the win.

9:50 p.m. - The Raptors close this one out with a 116-107 victory! Kawhi Leonard finished with 21 points, nine rebounds, five assists, three steals and a block. Kyle Lowry had 20 points and 12 assists. Jonas Valanciunas, Danny Green, Pascal Siakam, Serge Ibaka and C.J. Miles all finished in double-figures as well. For the Mavericks, Luka Doncic had 22 points, five rebounds and four assists and DeAndre Jordan had 18 points and 15 rebounds.

9:43 p.m. - Pascal Siakam with a timely steal and fast break dunk! That gives Toronto a 111-99 lead with 3:36 to play.

9:39 p.m. - It's been the Lorenzo Brown show in the fourth quarter! He has nine points, an assist and a steal to give the Raptors a 109-97 lead with just over five minutes left in the game.

9:32 p.m. - Toronto has regained command of this game leading 101-91. Lorenzo Brown had a dunk and a three in the Raptors 9-2 run to start the fourth.

End of third quarter: Raptors 92, Mavericks 89

9:22 p.m. - The Raptors lead 92-89 after three quarters despite allowing the Mavericks to go on a 25-11 run to end the quarter. Kyle Lowry leads the team with another double-double on 20 points and 10 assists. Kawhi Leonard has 19 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals. Luka Doncic has 20 for the Mavs and DeAndre Jordan has a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

9:07 p.m. - The Mavericks rookies are starting to heat up a bit. Jalen Brunson and Luka Doncic knock down two threes a piece to bring the Mavericks back into this one. Raptors still lead 87-80, Doncic is up to 20 points on the night.

9:00 p.m. - Kyle Lowry is on fire out of halftime! He has the last seven points for the Raptors giving them an 81-64 lead forcing a Mavericks timeout.

Halftime: Raptors 69, Mavericks 60

8:38 p.m. - Kyle Lowry had a strong finish on one end but the Mavericks pushed the ball up the floor for a Wes Matthews buzzer beater to end the half. Raptors lead 69-60.

8:34 p.m. - The Raptors have the lead back up to 10 at 65-55 after a tough finish by Jonas Valanciunas. Valanciunas has 12 points, three rebounds, an assist and a steal tonight. He also had this sweet left handed running hook shot.

8:26 p.m. - The Mavericks are back into this one after trailing by as much as 17 points. The Raptors hold a 50-45 lead following a 6-0 run for Dallas. Wes Matthews has a team-high 11 points for the Mavs with 5:20 to play in the half.

End of first quarter: Raptors 39, Mavericks 26

8:12 p.m. - Toronto scored in bunches in the first, leading 39-26.

8:01 p.m. - The Raptors continue to ride Danny Green's hot shooting early. He already has 12 points shooting 3-for-4 from three. Toronto leads 32-22 with two minutes left in the quarter.

7:59 p.m. - This DEEP three by Wes Matthews is what snapped Dallas out of their early funk on offense.

7:57 p.m. - Kyle Lowry threads the needle to Pascal Siakam on the break! The Raptors are up 22-12 with just over four minutes remaining in the first.

7:47 p.m. - A quick timeout by the Mavericks as they start they game shooting 1-for-6 from the field and 0-for-5 from three. Danny Green has two triples to give the Raptors the early 10-2 lead.

7:28 p.m. - The Mavericks will start Jalen Brunson, Wes Matthews, Harrison Barnes, Luka Doncic and DeAndre Jordan.

6:57 p.m. - For the Mavericks Dennis Smith Jr., Dirk Nowitzki and Devin Harris are OUT tonight. However, Harrison Barnes will make his season debut tonight.

5:57 p.m. - Toronto will start Kyle Lowry, Danny Green, Kawhi Leonard, Pascal Siakam and Jonas Valanciunas.

5:48 p.m. - The Raptors will be without Delon Wright (groin), Fred VanVleet (toe) and OG Anunoby (personal reasons) tonight.
