Talking NBA with Luka Doncic: What is a layup?

Luka Doncic is just 21 years old but is already one of the best players in the NBA, averaging 28.8 points per game in his second season.

One of the main reasons Luka is able to score as much as he does is because he has mastered the art of the layup, which is a shot taken close to the basket that is usually banked off the backboard towards the hoop.

In this edition of Talking NBA, Doncic shares the definition of a layup and why it is so important to him as a scorer.

Have you mastered the art of the layup?
