With a transition three in the second quarter for his 10th point of the game in the win over the Memphis Grizzlies, Stephen Curry, on Tuesday, reached the 15,000 career points landmark.

According to Basketball Reference, he is the 138th player overall to scale the 15k mountain and the fifth player in the Warriors franchise history (first since Chris Mullin).

Curry is, without doubt, the foundational piece behind which the Warriors have built their current dynasty that has made four straight NBA Finals appearances, winning three (2015, 2017, 2018).

Despite all the talk of Curry's long-range shot and accuracy initiating the three-point revolution in the league, arguably his greatest achievement would always be his unanimous MVP season in 2016. As things stand right now, the two-time MVP stands at No. 5 on our most recent MVP Power Rankings
