Just a few days after being on the receiving end of a buzzer-beating game-winner, the Oklahoma City Thunder were celebrating at Paycom Center tonight thanks to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

In their last game against the New Orleans Pelicans, SGA hit a game-tying 3-pointer with 1.4 seconds left, before Devonte' Graham launched a Hail Mary from his own half to win it at the buzzer, but tonight SGA wouldn't be denied, capping off a late-game comeback with the game-winner against his former team, the LA Clippers.

Gilgeous-Alexander was having a quieter game by his standards but delivered when his team needed it most.

His layup and a 3-pointer gave them a 93-86 lead midway through the fourth quarter and the Thunder held a narrow lead for most of the final period before Nic Batum's triple gave the Clippers a 101-97 lead with 32.9 seconds to go.

Gilgeous-Alexander cut the deficit to 103-101 with 10.4 on the clock, before Justise Winslow missed a pair of free throws to set up the Thunder's final play out of a timeout.

"Obviously a game of ups and downs, I was bad for most of it, but I tried to just think next play mentality and try to do whatever it takes to get a W and thank God we got one tonight," he said postgame.

"We pulled it out."

SGA finished with 18 points and six assists, while fellow Canadian Lu Dort led the way with a game-high 29 points. Rookie Josh Giddey hauled in a career-high 18 rebounds to go with eight points and 10 assists, falling just shy of his first triple-double and the record for the youngest triple-double in NBA history.

With the 104-103 win, the Thunder improve to 9-19 on the season but remain at the bottom of the Western Conference.

They wrap up their four-game homestand and now head to Memphis to take on the Grizzlies in their next game on Monday, Dec. 20 with tip-off at 8:00 p.m. ET.
