Can the Toronto Raptors make it five in a row?

Following a 1-3 start to the season, the Raptors enter their matchup with the Washington Wizards on Wednesday riding a four-game winning streak.

The streak started with a dominant win over the Indiana Pacers. Since then, the Raptors have defeated the Pacers a second time in addition to the Orlando Magic and New York Knicks once each.

Scottie Barnes sat out Toronto's victory over New York on Monday with a thumb injury, but OG Anunoby led the Raptors to victory with a career-best 36 points. Gary Trent Jr. chipped in with 26 points and Fred VanVleet came close to a triple-double, finishing with 17 points, nine rebounds and eight assists.

The Raptors and Wizards have already met once this season. The Wizards upset the Raptors in their highly anticipated return to Toronto on opening night, led by Bradley Beal's 23 points and Montrezl Harrell's 22 points off the bench.

The Wizards have been one of the league's surprises this season, jumping out to a 5-2 start. Beal hasn't quite found his groove yet, averaging 24.3 points on 37.9 percent shooting from the field, but Harrell, Spencer Dinwiddie and Kyle Kuzma have each made an immediate impact.

The Wizards currently rank 12th in offensive efficiency (107.5) and 13th in defensive efficiency (105.2). The Raptors, meanwhile, rank 15th in offensive efficiency (106.6) and eighth in defensive efficiency (102.3).

After Wednesday's game, the Raptors return to Toronto for a two-game homestand against the Cleveland Cavaliers and Brooklyn Nets.
