Portland Trail Blazers big man Jusuf Nurkic suffered a serious leg injury in Monday's 148-144 double-overtime win over the Brooklyn Nets.

Nurkic came down awkwardly in traffic with 2:22 remaining in the second overtime period after trying to tip in a missed shot, immediately falling to the floor. He was stretchered off by the medical staff and was given a huge ovation by the Portland crowd.

The 24-year-old recorded 32 points, 16 rebounds and five assists in the game.

"It was tough to finish that game, knowing our big fella got hurt like that," guard Seth Curry said in his post-game interview on court.

Nurkic is enjoying a career season, averaging 15.4 points, 10.3 rebounds, 1.4 blocks and 1.0 steals for the fourth-seed Trail Blazers.
