Welcome to the NBA, Nate Darling!

On Wednesday, Darling scored his first points in the NBA, knocking down a 3-pointer in the fourth quarter of the Charlotte Hornets' win over the Houston Rockets.

Darling finished the game with three points on 1-for-3 shooting from 3-point range in three minutes of action.

Darling signed a two-way contract with the Charlotte Hornets after going undrafted in 2020. He made his debut in the NBA on March 13 against the Toronto Raptors. He missed his only shot attempt in his three minutes on the court, but Darling made history by becoming the first Nova Scotian to play in an NBA regular season game.
