The Milwaukee Bucks have acquired Nikola Mirotic from the New Orleans Pelicans, according to ESPN's Zach Lowe and Adrian Wojnarowski.

In return, the Bucks will reportedly send Jason Smith and Stanley Johnson to New Orleans. The Detroit Pistons are also involved in the deal and multiple second-round picks will be exchanged.

Mirotic is averaging a career-high 16.7 points per game this season. The power forward is attempting 7.2 3-pointers per game and converting 36.8 percent of those opportunities.

Mirotic should fit in well with a Bucks team that is taking 37.6 3-pointers per game on the season, the second-most in the league.

Mirotic has, however, missed 21 games this season due to injury.
