NBA Summer League 2019: Toronto Raptors summer schedule announced

A little over three weeks after capturing their first NBA title, the Toronto Raptors will be back in action.

This time, it will be the Summer Raptors taking the floor against the Warriors on July 6 at the MGM Resorts NBA Summer League, which takes place from July 5-15 in Las Vegas, NV.

It will be an 11-day event consisting of 83 games played among 32 teams – in addition to representation from all 30 NBA teams, the Chinese and Croatian National Teams will participate in this year's summer league.

Toronto will play four preliminary games and the top eight seeds from the preliminary round will advance to the tournament. Each of the 24 teams that do not qualify for the tournament will play in one consolation game. 

Essentially, the Raptors Summer League squad will be guaranteed at least five games.

While the roster is yet to be announced, 59th pick Dewan Hernandez, undrafted free agents Sagaba Konate and Canadian Lindell Wigginton can be expected to suit up for the Summer Raps.
