Over the weekend, Toronto Raptors guard Danny Green sat down with our Carlan Gay to discuss adjusting to a new team, his new life in Canada, and his excitement about the upcoming season.

Green, who has been teammates with Kawhi Leonard for the entirety of Leonard's NBA career, noted an increased level of comfort from the two-time All-Star since joining the Raptors, sharing that "[Kawhi] is even more talkative than usual…He's being more of a leader - not that he wasn't before - but I just think he's a little more comfortable in this atmosphere."

When asked about the adjustment to living in Canada as a member of the Raptors, Green had nothing but positive things to say: "Even as I became a Raptor, the love that I got coming through the airport and through the city - it's so different." The 31-year-old continued, saying "there's a whole country behind you and it's amazing and very humbling and I'm looking forward to how much fun we can have."

Based on Green's first impressions of the atmosphere in Canada, it shouldn't be a surprise that Leonard has felt comfortable himself. From early returns, this group has the makings to be special.
