NBA Playoffs 2020: Nikola Jokic says 'the pressure is on them' after Denver Nuggets force Game 7 vs. LA Clippers

For the second straight series, the Denver Nuggets have clawed back from a 3-1 deficit to force a Game 7. This time, it was the result of a spirited comeback win over the LA Clippers in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

TAKEAWAYS: Nuggets rally from 19 down to force Game 7

In Denver's Game 6 win, it was All-Star centre Nikola Jokic that shined brighter than anyone else on the floor, finishing with a game-high 34 points (on 13-for-22 shooting), 14 rebounds and seven assists in under 40 minutes of action.

Following the game, Jokic spoke with ESPN's Malika Andrews, who asked him about the pressure the team faced when facing such deficits - both in the series and in the game.

According to the 25-year-old big man, the Nuggets aren't facing any pressure at all.

"Just have fun," Jokic told Andrews during his walk-off interview. "We don't have pressure. I think the whole pressure is on them."

Jokic, who has posted a 2-1 record in the first three Game 7s of his young career, seems to have a good idea of the best approach to have towards this win-or-go-home situation: "We just go out there and have fun. I will say the effort needs to be on a high level. Have fun and give your best."

Over the last two games, Jokic has averaged 28.0 points, 14.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists to help Denver force a decisive Game 7 against LA.

The Nuggets will look to become the first team to overcome a 3-1 deficit twice in the same postseason as they face the Clippers in Game 7 on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 9 p.m. ET.
