There's only one NBA game to look forward to today, but it should be a good one: Game 6 between the Denver Nuggets and San Antonio Spurs.

With a Spurs win, San Antonio will extend its season and travel to Denver for a Game 7 this weekend. With a Spurs loss, the Nuggets will advance to the second round for the first time since 2008-09 for a matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Follow along below for quarter-by-quarter updates with stats and highlights from today's game.

Spurs 120, Nuggets 103 (series tied at 3-3)

We have a Game 7.

This game was close entering the fourth quarter, but the Spurs outscored the Nuggets 30-18 in the final frame to tie up the series.

DeMar DeRozan was spectacular in the second half. After a 12-point third quarter, he scored six more in the fourth on a perfect 3-for-3 shooting.

DeRozan finished the game with 25 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.

End of third quarter: Spurs 90, Nuggets 85

Nikola Jokic is doing everything he can to punch Denver's ticket to the second round.

After a stellar first half, Jokic poured in 17 points (8-9 FG) in the third quarter. He's now up to 33 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in the game.

DeMar DeRozan, however, was almost as impressive in the third quarter, scoring 12 of San Antonio's 26 points.

The Spurs will need more of that from DeRozan in the final quarter to keep their season alive.

End of second quarter: Spurs 64, Nuggets 60

Whereas the first quarter belonged to LaMarcus Aldridge, the second quarter belonged to Nikola Jokic.

The All-Star big man had 10 points, six rebounds and four assists in the second quarter alone. He's now only two rebounds and three assists shy of a triple-double for the game.

Despite Jokic's massive quarter, the Nuggets still trail at the half due to a wild ending that saw DeMar DeRozon miss a free throw, grab an offensive rebound and make a layup all within 0.7 seconds.

This is setting up for an entertaining second half.

End of first quarter: Spurs 34, Nuggets 24

The Spurs came out of the gates on fire. They've made 16 of their 24 shot attempts to open the game, led by LaMarcus Aldridge, who already has 13 points on 6-for-9 shooting from the field.

One of those buckets was a 3-pointer set up by DeMar DeRozan, who had five first-quarter assists.

The Nuggets, meanwhile, couldn't buy a shot from deep, missing all seven of their 3-point attempts.

Luckily for them, Paul Millsap has the touch early - he was responsible for 10 of the team's 24 points - otherwise they'd be down by much more than 10 entering the second quarter.

Starting for Denver: Jamal Murray, Gary Harris, Torrey Craig, Paul Millsap and Nikola Jokic.

Starting for San Antonio: Derrick White, Bryn Forbes, DeMar DeRozan, LaMarcus Aldridge and Jakob Poeltl.
