Highlighted by the first-of-its-kind series-clinching game-winner from superstar forward Kawhi Leonard, Game 7 between the Toronto Raptors and the Philadelphia 76ers was an instant classic.

Leonard would finish the night with a game-high 41 points, though the Raptors also benefited from 17 points from Serge Ibaka as well as some fearless play from 13-year veteran Kyle Lowry, who finished with 10 points, six assists, six rebounds and two steals.

The 76ers were led by All-Star centre Joel Embiid, who finished with a team-high 21 points and 11 rebounds to go along with four assists.

Toronto has now earned a date with the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals, which begin on Wednesday, May 15.
