NBA Playoffs 2019: Kevin Durant praises Lou Williams' fourth quarter performance: 'He's so crafty'

Keeping Lou Williams quiet is proving to be the Warriors' biggest challenge in the first round and today was no different with the Clippers reserve lighting up the fourth quarter to lead his team to a 129-121 win at Oracle Arena.

Williams was electric in the fourth, scoring 11 of his 33 points in the final frame, including a personal 9-0 run to ice the game down the stretch.

On the other side, Kevin Durant was having his own historic night, dropping 45 points on 26 shots and post-game the Warriors star heaped praise on Williams' human torch finish to the game.

"You can't just say 'I'm going to stop Lou Williams tonight' like you've just got to hope you're locked in enough to stop him or things go well," he said post-game.

"He got loose tonight, I think we put him on the free throw line, that got him going a bit, now he knocking fallaway jump shots in, he's getting to his spots making passes.

Williams combined with Montrezl Harrell all night to the tune of 57 points, with the bench duo coming to life in the fourth quarter leaving the Warriors searching for answers inside as they torched the Warriors in the pick-and-roll.

"He' so crafty when you get close to him you definitely going to get a foul because he knows how to use his body, he knows how to use his game. It's just one of those games where it's tough to stop, he got it going toight, along with Montrezl and when those to usually get it going they usually win ."

The Clippers will try to level the series at Staples Center on Friday.
