The Golden State Warriors will once again look to keep their season alive when they host Game 6 against the Toronto Raptors inside Oracle Arena.

It will be the final game for the team in the Arena as they get set to relocate into the Bay Area.

But they'll have to get it done without Kevin Durant who returned in Game 5 for 12 minutes before going down with what was later diagnosed as a ruptured Achilles.

Klay Thompson has been shooting the lights out throughout the Finals series, but he reflected on the role Durant has played in building the Warriors' dynasty.

Durant, the two-time reigning Finals MVP underwent surgery to repair his ruptured Achilles tendon.

Thompson's post underneath a picture of him and Durant labelled the injury "a minor setback for a major comeback."

"Game day and it's obviously a big one," Thompson wrote on Instagram.

"But DubNation, I need you to reflect on the fact that we would not be in this position if it weren't for this man and his sacrifices. He's the reason there are banners hanging in the rafters of Oracle.

"I'm going to need every Dubs fan in the building tonight to bring the same fire K brought everyday to the court. It's not going to be the same running out that tunnel without you bro.

"We all know this is a minor setback for a major comeback!! Nothing can impede this man's greatness.

"Speaking of Oracle, let's lay it all out there tonight in honor (of) the 47 years in this beautiful building. Let’s get it DubNation! #doitforK #onelastdance"

Injuries have hampered the Warriors throughout the playoffs with Thompson, Durant, Kevon Looney and Andre Igoudala all suffering throughout.

But with a chance to push the series into a deciding Game 7 it's all or nothing for the Warriors.
