Today, 60 players fulfilled their lifelong dream of hearing their name called, learning where they'll begin their professional basketball careers in the NBA. 

As expected Zion Williamson, Ja Morant and RJ Barrett went with the first three picks, but there was no shortage of drama with multiple trades shifting the landscape of the 2019 NBA Draft.

The Orlando Magic trade the 46th pick Talen Horton-Tucker to the Los Angeles Lakers for a future second round pick and cash considertations


The Denver Nuggets acquire pick #44 Bol Bol in a deal with the Miami Heat, in exchange for a future second round pick and cash.


....and the crowd loved it.


•  The trades keep coming!

Philly's not done yet. They have reportedly traded Jonathon Simmons to the Washington Wizards along with pick #42 for cash considerations.



The Boston Celtics trade pick #24 (Ty Jerome) to the Phoenix Suns in exchange for a 2020 first-round pick (via the Bucks)


Aussie big man Aron Baynes will go to the Phoenix Suns as part of the deal.


The Philadelphia 76ers acquire Mattise Thybulle from the Boston Celtics in exchange for picks #24 and #33 in the draft.


 

• Another trade!

The Oklahoma City Thunder have traded pick #21 to the Memphis Grizzlies for pick #23 and a 2024 second-round pick.


Looks like we'll have to wait to see #2 pick Ja Morant hit the court for the Grizzlies, confirming he won't be playing in Summer League.

The 2019 NBA draft class has arrived


• More picks and players are on the move.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski is now reporting that the Minnesota Timberwolves are trading the No. 11 pick and Dario Saric to the Phoenix Suns in exchange for the No. 6 overall pick.

Dario Saric has one more year on his deal at $3.5 million for 2019-20, before he becomes a restricted free agent next season.

• Another trade.

Reports indicate that New Orleans will move the No. 4 overall pick it acquired in the reported Anthony Davis trade, sending it to Atlanta in exchange for the Nos. 8, 17 and 35 picks.


• The draft isn't set to begin for hours and we already have a reported trade. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski has reported that the Phoenix Suns will trade prolific wing TJ Warren and the No. 32 overall pick to the Indiana Pacers in a salary-shedding move.
