2018 NBA award finalists revealed Raptors' guard Fred VanVleet candidate for Sixth Man of the Year

The finalists for key NBA awards were announced Wednesday, with some surprising names making the final lists.

Rookie of the Year and MVP seem like the most compelling races this year. Toronto Raptors' super sub Fred VanVleet was also officially named a finalist for Sixth Man of the Year. Fans can find out the winners when the 2018 NBA Awards Show takes place June 25.
