The NBA 2K19 Launch Party was the place to be for basketball fans in New York City this week.
With it being 20 years since Visual Concepts developed the first 2K game, 2K Sports celebrate an important milestone on Thursday. A number of NBA stars were in attendance for the Launch Party, from Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum to Philadelphia 76ers guard Ben Simmons.

More rating were also revealed at the event. The Toronto Raptors have one of the highest rated players in the game in Kawhi Leonard (94), but Kyle Lowry has seen his rating dip slightly since the beginning of last season, going from an 87 to an 85.
On the Golden State Warriors side, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and DeMarcus Cousins all have ratings in the 90s.
NBA 2K19 is scheduled for release on Sept. 11, 2018.
