The official activity for NBA's 75th anniversary season officially begins with training camp, roughly seven weeks after the Summer League was wrapped up in Las Vegas on Aug. 17.

Courtesy the shortened 72-game 2020-21 season, the NBA is back to its regular schedule on the calendar with regular season tipping-off in mid-October and the NBA Finals in June.

Training camp for 2021-22 season begins on Sep. 28, 2021.  The training camp for the league's 75th season would be a stark difference from the preceeding season.

The 2020-21 training camps, which began after a short turnaround of approximately 50 days from the conclusion of the 2020 NBA Finals, were initially only limited to individual workouts for players who had three negative coronavirus test results back in the last few days.

In fact, as per the league's rules, franchises weren't allowed until to hold a team dinner until Dec. 11 - when preseason action was set to tip-off and Phase 4 of the league’s five-phase plan for health and safety was set to begin.
