Here's everything we know about Conley's injury.
Mike Conley's injury timeline
Conley suffered the injury in the first half of Utah's Game 5 win over the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round.
Shortly after leaving the game, the Jazz announced Conley wouldn't return and that he was dealing with "right hamstring soreness."
"In the first quarter, I felt just the little tug or whatever in my hammy," Conley said. "I made the bench and made the staff aware ... but it just kept getting more and more sore as I was running on it so they decided to pull me."
Conley averaged 20.0 points, 10.3 assists and 4.8 rebounds in the first four games of Utah's series against Memphis.
Mike Conley's injury history
Conley dealt with a hamstring injury during the regular season.
In Utah's win over the Charlotte Hornets on Feb. 5, Conley left with "right hamstring tightness." The injury cost him six straight games, with him returning to the lineup on Feb. 19.
Conley appeared in 26 of Utah's next 32 games, but the Jazz announced that he wouldn't play in their matchup with the Sacramento Kings on April 28 due to "right hamstring tightness." It was one of nine straight games that Conley missed.
Conley returned for Utah's final two games of the season, averaging 10.5 points, 6.0 assists and 4.0 rebounds in 19.1 minutes.
How long will Mike Conley be out?
According to ESPN's Tim MacMahon, Conley was a "limited participant" in Utah's practice before Game 1 against the Clippers.
"Hopefully, we'll get him back as quickly as possible," Jazz coach Quin Snyder said of Conley. "But those things are hard to predict."
Conley was ruled out of Game 1. He was also ruled out of Game 2, but he was originally listed as questionable. Same deal for Games 3, 4 and 5: Conley was originally questionable but was ruled out on the day of the game.
