Los Angeles Lakers forward Anthony Davis (ankle) listed as questionable for Game 5 of Western Conference Finals

There's a chance the Los Angeles Lakers will be without Anthony Davis in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.

Ahead of the game, Davis has been listed as questionable with a sprained left ankle.

Davis suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of Game 4 after landing wrong on a pull-up jumper. He remained in the game, saying afterwards that he rolled it "pretty bad, but not too bad."

Some encouraging news for the Lakers? According to Dave McMenamin of ESPN, Lakers head coach Frank Vogel said on Friday that Davis is "experiencing some soreness" in his ankle but expects him to be "good to go" for Game 5.

Davis is leading the Lakers in scoring through four games of the Western Conference Finals with 32.3 points on 55.3 percent shooting from the field. He's also averaging 6.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game. The Lakers have been a completely different team with him on the court, scoring at a rate of 122.3 points per 100 possessions compared to 96.0 with him on the bench.

Davis finished Game 4 with 34 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals.
