Lakers' guard Lance Stephenson: LeBron James is 'going to sic me on people'

#Lebron Lance

After going back and forth with Lance Stephenson over the years, LeBron James no longer has to deal with those battles, with the pair teaming up in Los Angeles.

Now LeBron has the luxury of having Lance's antics working in his favour and Stephenson says he is more than ready to be deployed by James on opposing wing players.

"Yeah, he's probably going to sic me on people," Stephenson said, via The Indianapolis Star's Dana Benbow . "It'll be fun. It will be a very interesting year, just playing with him and winning games with him."

Stephenson has proven his ability to make big plays and never shies away from guarding the other teams best players, now he'll get to do it on one of the best teams in the league.

"It's actually funny that I'm actually on the same team as him," Stephenson said in July about teaming up with James. "I'm very excited to see what that brings. Just playing with him, one of the best players in the game, I can't wait to get on board with him and have a fun season this year."

"It's going to be amazing," Stephenson added. "Especially playing with the talent I'm playing with, the high tempo, just playing without thinking too much and playing in the flow of the game and having fun at the same time, a team that runs and guns, that's basically how I love to play."

Stephenson averaged 9.2 points and 5.2 rebounds in 22.6 minutes per game last season for the Indiana Pacers.
