Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry (ankle) is ruled OUT, while Danny Green (ankle) will play in Thursday night's matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers,

Jeremy Lin will get the start in place of the injured Lowry. The Raptors are 8-4 this season without their captain.

As for the Lakers, they will be without Tyson Chandler and Lance Stephenson, while Josh Hart is cleared to play.

The Raptors will take on the Lakers at 8 p.m. ET on SN1/SNO.
