How Sunday's results impacted the 2021 NBA Playoffs and Play-In Tournament picture

It was a busy season finale. There was a lot to be determined in regards to playoff positioning on a 15-game slate.

If you missed any of the action, jump in and catch up on the scores from each contest, as well as how each result impacted the playoff picture.

New York Knicks 96, Boston Celtics 92

RJ Barrett led New York in scoring with 22 points. Julius Randle flirted with a triple-double (20 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists) while Alec Burks scored 17 points off the bench.

The impact: The Knicks lock up the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference. They will face the Hawks in the first round of the playoffs.

Indiana Pacers 125, Toronto Raptors 113

Oshae Brissett showed out against his former team, scoring 31 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Domantas Sabonis came to play as well, going for 25 points, 16 rebounds and five assists.

The impact: The Pacers move from 10th to ninth in the Eastern Conference. They will face the Hornets in the Eastern Conference's second Play-In Game.

Washington Wizards 115, Charlotte Hornets 110

The Wizards outscore the Hornets 36-20 in the fourth quarter to complete the come-from-behind win.

Bradley Beal had a rough outing, shooting 8-for-27 from the field, but he still finished with a game-high 25 points. Russell Westbrook contributed with another triple-double, recording 23 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists.

The impact: Moving up to eighth in the Eastern Conference with the win, the Celtics will face the Wizards in the first Play-in Game. The winner will get the No. 7 seed while the loser will face the winner of the second Play-In Game between the Pacers and Hornets. The winner of that game will get the No. 8 seed.

Phoenix Suns 123, San Antonio Spurs 121

E'Twaun Moore keeps Phoenix's chances of finishing with the No. 1 seed alive. Not only did he score 22 points on a scorching 9-for-10 shooting from the field, he hit the game-winning 3.

The impact: It now comes down to the Jazz. If they defeat the Kings later today, they get the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference. If they lose, it goes to the Suns.

Golden State Warriors 113, Memphis Grizzlies 101

Stephen. Curry.

The two-time MVP put on a show when the Warriors needed him the most, scoring 46 points on 16-for-36 shooting from the field and 9-for-22 from 3-point range. He also had nine assists and seven rebounds in the win.

The impact: The Warriors finish with the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference and bump the Grizzlies to No. 9.

Houston Rockets 95, Atlanta Hawks 124

Onyeka Okongwu posted a 21-point, 14-rebound double-double in a big win for the Hawks.

The impact: Atlanta will now face New York in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Cleveland Cavaliers 109, Brooklyn Nets 123

Kevin Durant has 23 points and 13 assists on 8-for-10 shooting.

Is this the play of the season?!

The impact: Brooklyn have locked up the two seed in the East with the win.

Orlando Magic 117, Philadelphia 76ers 128

Rookie guard Tyrese Maxey dropped 30 points as the Sixers wrapped up their regular season with a home win over the Magic.

The impact: Philadelphia had already secured the No. 1 seed and will now wait to see who their opponent will be after the Play-In Tournament.

Miami Heat 120, Detroit Pistons 107

Precious Achiuwa led all scores with 23 points, adding 10 rebounds in the process.

​The impact: Miami are officially locked into a first round matchup with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Milwaukee Bucks 112, Chicago Bulls 118

The Bulls hang on to beat the Bucks behind 20 points for Thaddeus Young.

Milwaukee rookie Jordan Nwora poured in 34 points for the Bucks.

The impact: Milwaukee were locked into a first round series before this one tipped.

Dallas Mavericks 121, Minnesota Timberwolves 136

Minnesota blew out Dallas from the start, with No. 1 overall pick Anthony Edwards ending his rookie season with a 30-point showing.

The impact: Dallas finish in fifth, and weill face the LA Clippers in a rematch of last year's first round.

Los Angeles Lakers 110, New Orleans Pelicans 98

LeBron James tallied 25 points in the win for Los Angeles.

The impact: Due to Portland beating Denver, the Lakers are still heading to the Play-In Tournament to meet Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors.

LA Clippers 112, Oklahoma City Thunder 117

OKC closed out the Clippers late, with Aleksej Pokusevski leading the Thunder with 29 points.

The impact: The Clippers finish the regular season in fourth and will face the Dallas Mavericks in the first round.

Denver Nuggets 116, Portland Trail Blazers 132

24 points for CJ McCollum and 22 for Damian Lillard powered the Blazers to a comfortable win.

The impact: Portland clinch the no. 6 seed with the win and will now face Denver in the first round.

Utah Jazz 121, Sacramento Kings 99

Jordan Clarkson had 33 points off the bench to lead the Jazz to an easy win.

The impact: Utah locked up the top seed in the West with the win.
