DeMar DeRozan will no longer participate in next week's NBA Africa Game, according to ESPN's Chris Haynes. The four-time All-Star will instead use the time to "get his affairs in order" after he was traded from the Toronto Raptors in last week's blockbuster deal.

DeRozan was going to join Harrison Barnes, Danilo Gallinari and Rudy Gay on Team World in the NBA's third game in Africa. Team Africa is headlined by Joel Embiid and features two of DeRozan's former Toronto Raptors teammates.

This year's NBA Africa Game will take place on Aug. 4 at Time Square in Pretoria, South Africa.
