Garland had a quiet first half with just four points but dished out seven assists, including this no-look dime to Evan Mobley for the jam.

After the break, it was a different story as he came to life in the third quarter, scoring 13 of his 23 points on a sizzling 5-of-6 shooting from the field to help the Cavs sieze momentum as they outscored the Thunder 31-23 in the period.

Felllow All-Star contender Jarrett Allen added 13 points and 14 rebounds on the night while rookie Evan Mobley added 15 points and 17 rebounds as the Cavs handed the Thunder their fifth-straight loss.

Through 41 games, this season, Garland is averaging 19.8 points, 8.1 assists and 3.3 rebounds on 46.9 percent from the field and 36.4 percent from the 3-point line. His 8.1 assists ranks seventh across the NBA and fourth among East guards, behind only James Harden, Trae Young and Kyle Lowry.

After the third returns of the 2022 NBA All-Star voting, Garland ranks ninth among the Eastern Conference guards with 343,551 votes. You can vote Darius Garland into the 2022 NBA All-Star Game here.
