Green left Game 3 against the Hawks with 8:15 remaining in the first quarter.
The veteran appeared to suffer the injury when defending a pick-and-roll between Bogdan Bogdanovic and Clint Capela.
As noted by ESPN's Dave McMenamin, Green returned to the bench in the second half wearing a boot on his right leg.
