2021 NBA Summer League: Boston Celtics and Sacramento Kings to face-off in Championship Game at Las Vegas

The final for the 2021 Las Vegas Summer League is set. It will be a face-off between two undefeated teams in the Boston Celtics and the Sacramento Kings.

The championship game will be the final game played at 9:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Aug. 17 at the Thomas & Mack Center. 

The Celtics and Kings are two of four undefeated teams, from the round-robin games, with the Boston franchise leading the standings with their point differential 21.0 while the Kings finished second with a 13.8 point differential. 

The Celtics have led the Summer League in field goal (48.0 percent), 3-point shooting efficiency (40.3 percent), points per game (100.0) and assists per game (25.5).

For the top-seeded team, point guard Payton Pritchard was the baller. 

His scoring average of 20.3 points per game, ranks 13th best, while his assists average of 8.7 is second only to Sharife Cooper's 9.0. He averaged 5 3-point makes per game at an efficiency of 57.7 percent, all the while only 1.3 turnovers in just 28.3 minutes per game. 

For the Kings, who led the League in steals per game (13.0), their backcourt of Davion Mitchell - the No. 9 overall pick in the 2021 Draft - and Jahmi'us Ramsey were among their top performers as they averaged a combined 27.5 points per game.
