2021 NBA Free Agency: Who are the best players still available?

Free agency is well underway.

Since 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 2, teams have been able to negotiate with free agents. Since 12:01 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 6, teams have been able to sign free agents.

Many of the best players in this year's free-agent class were quick to agree to deals, from Chris Paul re-signing with the Phoenix Suns to Kyle Lowry joining the Miami Heat.

With that in mind, here are some of the best players still available by status and position:
