On Thursday, the NBA announced the pool of 14 players that will be reserves in the 2019 All-Star Game.

Russell Westbrook Victor Oladipo
Anthony Davis Kyle Lowry
Nikola Jokic Blake Griffin
Damian Lillard Khris Middleton
Klay Thompson Ben Simmons
LaMarcus Aldridge Bradley Beal
Karl-Anthony Towns Nikola Vucevic

The NBA's 30 head coaches selected the 14 reserves for this year's game. Each coach voted for seven players in their respective conferences, selecting two guards, three frontcourt players and two other players at either position. Coaches are not permitted to vote for players on their own team.

As the leading vote-getters in their respective conferences, LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo will serve as captains in the second-ever NBA All-Star Draft, which will be televised on Thursday, Feb. 7. The captains will first choose from the pool of eight starters before selecting from this pool of 14 All-Star reserves.

In the event that any player is unable to play in the All-Star Game, Commissioner Adam Silver will select a replacement player from the same conference as the player who is being replaced.

The 68th NBA All-Star Game, featuring Team LeBron vs. Team Giannis will take place on Feb. 17, 2019, at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C.
