After the NBA relaxed the restrictions around colourways for NBA shoes, players rubbed their hands together in anticipation.

Now able to let their creativity fly in their shoes, the players on opening day showcased what fans can expect to see more of this season.

Jayson Tatum was by far the standout on the day with his multi-colour Nikes, while Steph Curry pulled out the Icon kicks for the ring ceremony.
