The trade deadline for the 2020-21 NBA season is at 3:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, March 25.

With only hours remaining until the trade deadline, rumours of players who could be on the move are starting to pick up.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Chicago Bulls have acquired Nikola Vucevic from the Orlando Magic. The rest of the deal: Chicago gets Al-Farouq Aminu and Orlando gets Otto Porter, Wendell Carter Jr. and two first-round picks. Wojnarowski adds that the Bulls remain in pursuit for Lonzo Ball.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Toronto Raptors are "hurtling toward a roster transformation" with Kyle Lowry and Norman Powell being the main trade pieces. "In the final year of his contract, Lowry's chances of leaving Toronto in a trade are gaining traction," Wojnarowski stated. 'Powell's future has become far less about whether he'll be moved, but which among a dozen or so suitors will acquire him." The ESPN NBA insider, again, listed the Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat as potential landing spots for Lowry, with "a host of ways to go" with Powell.

According to Matt Moore of The Action Network, the Boston Celtics are now considered to be the frontrunners to land Aaron Gordon. The Denver Nuggets, Portland Trail Blazers, Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets reportedly remain interested in the 25-year-old.

According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, teams have expressed interest in Lauri Markkanen and the Chicago Bulls are "listening to potential suitors." The No. 7 pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Markkanen will be a restricted free agent in the offseason.

According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, the Miami Heat and Philadelphia 76ers are "leaders in pursuit to acquire" Kyle Lowry should he be made available ahead of the trade deadline. ESPN's Zach Lowe adds that he has been told by some teams around the league that the Toronto Raptors have "not yet been aggressive engaging on Lowry talks."

According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, the Orlando Magic and Houston Rockets have "engaged in talks" on an Aaron Gordon deal. The Minnesota Timberwolves, Denver Nuggets and Portland Trail Blazers reportedly remain interested in Gordon as well.

According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, the Orlando Magic have "been open to listening" to calls on Aaron Gordon. The Portland Trail Blazers and Minnesota Timberwolves are among the teams showing interest, Charania adds. Gordon has one more year remaining on his current contract, setting him up to be an unrestricted free agent in 2022.

The Houston Rockets and P.J. Tucker have mutually agreed to part ways, head coach Stephen Silas announced. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Tim MacMahon have reported that Tucker has played his final game as a Rocket and that the two parties are working to find a resolution.

March 11, 2021

The San Antonio Spurs and LaMarcus Aldridge have mutually agreed to part ways, Gregg Popovich announced. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Spurs are working on trade scenarios with Aldridge, and there's "a level of confidence" that a trade partner will be found ahead of the deadline. 

March 10, 2021

According to The Athletic's Sam Amick, "many front office folks around the league" believe a trade between the Boston Celtics and Sacramento Kings for Harrison Barnes could be coming. The Celtics have a $28.5 million trade exception they acquired when they signed and traded Gordon Hayward to the Charlotte Hornets in the offseason that could help them acquire Barnes.

The Brooklyn Nets announced that they have signed Blake Griffin, who cleared waivers after being bought out by the Detroit Pistons.

According to ESPN's Adrian WojnarowskiBlake Griffin and the Detroit Pistons have agreed to a buyout. The six-time All-Star will first have to clear waivers before becoming an unrestricted free agent on Sunday, March 7. The reported teams interested in signing Griffin include the Brooklyn Nets, Los Angeles Lakers, LA Clippers, Golden State Warriors, Miami Heat, Boston Celtics and Portland Trail Blazers.

According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, Houston Rockets forward P.J. Tucker is drawing interest from several teams, including the Brooklyn Nets, Milwaukee Bucks, Miami Heat, Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers. Tucker is in the final season of his current contract.

According to The Athletic's Shams Charania, Brooklyn Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie is being pursued by several teams. Dinwiddie suffered a partially torn ACL earlier this season but is not ruling out a return, per Charania. Dinwiddie has a $12.3 million player option in his contract for 2021-22, giving him the option of being an unrestricted free agent in the offseason.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Victor Oladipo declined a two-year, $45.2 million extension from the Houston Rockets. While the Rockets haven't engaged with teams on trade talks involving Oladipo, Wojnarowski adds that he could become "one of the best two-way players available at the trade deadline or in free agency." Oladipo is in the final season of his current contract.

Feb. 15, 2021

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Brian Windhorst, the Cleveland Cavaliers are no longer planning to play Andre Drummond as they work to trade him ahead of the deadline. In the final season of his current contract, Drummond will be one of the best players available in free agency this offseason.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Blake Griffin and the Detroit Pistons have agreed that he'll be out of the lineup until the two sides "work through a resolution on his playing future." The Pistons will reportedly pursue trade scenarios involving Griffin, but he could receive a buyout if he's not traded.
